If you don't have Aetna or Cigna, I will provide you with a receipt/superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement as an out-of-network provider.

CASH PAY RATES:

Initial visit:
$125 for 60 minute intake

Follow up visits:
$110 for 30 minute follow-up visits
  $85 for 20 minute follow-up visits
